– Responsibilities

As an Internal Office Based Sales Coordinator, you are empowered to make decisions that will greatly affect your career as well as the business.

You’ll be responsible for –

Developing new business opportunities within the UK

Making outbound calls – prospecting and making appointments for Area Sales Managers

Providing support to Area Sales Managers by means of processing orders and checking stock availability

Helping take incoming sales enquiries/process quotations/orders

Follow up on customer quotations

Trade counter enquiries/stock pricing

We will teach you how to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with all types of customers, vendors, and colleagues. You’ll learn proper sales techniques, business strategies and customer relationship management.

Those skills will provide you with the opportunity to build solid, long lasting relationships with key business decision makers. In your development to become a successful team member at MST Parts Group, you’ll learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage and promote staff that join after you.

– Qualifications

You must have a full UK manual driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.

No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.

 

– Experience

You must have 1 years experience in a sales and be a team player who has experience in a customer service and sales environment  (Required)

You must have good verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service and relationship building skills with customers (Required)

You must have experience with CRM management or similar system (Required)

You must be proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel (Required)

You must be highly organised with good time keeping and be able to self manage, with an enthusiastic and positive attitude (Required)

You must have Proficient IT Skills and be able to pick up new systems and processes quickly (Required)

You should ideally have knowledge of our industry, however this is NOT essential (Desirable)
