Following the USCO Group’s acquisition of MST, we’re now part of the USCO ITR Worldwide Team, considered the global leader in the manufacture of undercarriage, GET and repair parts.

We work at pace to respond to our customers’ needs for their earthmoving machinery. Supplying undercarriage, wear parts and rubber tracks, services and repairs in a timely and professional manner. First time. Every time.

– Responsibilities

As a Trainee Depot Manager, you are empowered to make decisions that will greatly affect your career as well as the business.

You’ll learn how to be responsible for –

Developing new business opportunities in the south and maintaining current relationships.

Understanding cost control and what it takes to run a profitable business.

Delivering exceptional and unrivalled customer service.

Effectively communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers, vendors and colleagues.

Implement proper sales techniques, problem solving strategies and conflict management skills.

Market MST to local business partners and build solid, long lasting relationships with key business decision makers.

Mentor, train, develop, manage and promote staff of your own.

In turn, we’ll reward your development with pay increases and opportunities.

 

– Qualifications

You must have a full UK manual driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.

No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
